Pick Up & Drop Off

At Tidy Care Co., we offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services for your car seats and baby equipment cleaning needs. Our pick-up and drop-off options are designed to be flexible, ensuring that your cleaning experience is hassle-free and tailored to fit your schedule.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Times:

Pick-Up: We will arrange a time that works best for you, typically within 24-48 hours of your request, depending on availability.
Drop-Off: Once the cleaning is completed, we’ll schedule a drop-off time that fits your schedule, usually within 24 hours of service completion.

Drop-Off at Tidy Care Co:
For added convenience, you can drop off your baby gear directly at our home base in Lillington, NC at no extra charge. Simply schedule a time to drop off your items, and we’ll prioritize your cleaning to ensure a quick turnaround.

Turnaround Time:

Standard turnaround for cleaning services is 1-2 business days from the time of pick-up or drop-off, depending on the level of cleaning required and current scheduling availability.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee, with a 24-hour turnaround (subject to availability).

Additional Fees:

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Fee (Local within 15 miles): $10
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Long Distance Fee (Up to 25 miles): $15
Rush Service Fee: Additional $15 for same-day or 24-hour turnaround.
